Student Council

Every Monday, we lead Morning Assemblies with the flag salute, patriotic song, and announcements.Twice a month, we hold our Student Council Meetings to discuss upcoming student body activities and ways to support our school. They are led by the Student Body President.
Monthly Chapels are held at the beginning of each month. We have the opportunity to help by greeting people and collecting the offering for that month.
Every week, we run our Student Store. Proceeds from the sales go towards buying new inventory and purchasing items for the school.During the month of October, we celebrate being drug free during Red Ribbon Week. We are lucky enough to have local police officers come and talk with us.
Another event held in October is the Pumpkin Gallery. Students have an opportunity to bring and display their creative pumpkins.
In December, we participate in the Adpot-a-Family program. We collect gifts for children who are in Children’s Hospital. In the Spring, we take one of two field trips. One is to Twin Visions. Twin Visions is a library that collects books for the blind. The other is to Guide Dogs of America. We take dog supplies for the puppies who are learning how to take care of blind people.
Every month we have different activities for the student body to participate in. Amongst these is Popcorn Day. Others include Themed Dress Days, Donut Day, and more.
